A nightmare became a reality on Sunday night, March 31, 2024. A beloved father, grandfather and husband took the next steps of his journey. His long battle with Stage 4 lung cancer was too difficult for him to overcome, compared to the other 2 cancers he had previously. He tried his best but God must have told him, “It’s time to go. I need you here.”
He left this world peacefully, in his home surrounded by those he loved and those who loved him. He was truly blessed.
My family may have lost a father, grandfather and a husband, but the world lost a magnificent human being. It is a shame he was taken away from us so soon. Nevertheless my family and I will celebrate him with all the laughs and love he gave us, and my family and I hope you do the same. Thank you for being there for him and please continue to keep him in your prayers.
