
Obituary of Charles Attalla
On Monday May 3, 2021, Charles Attalla, passed away peacefully at the age of 92.
He was born and raised in Orange, N.J where he grew up with his six brothers and sisters before moving to Bloomfield, N.J. where he lived with his wife and son for many years.
Charles was a member of the Knights of Columbus. His hobbies included watching sports, bowling, and doing puzzles, including, crosswords and sudoku. More than anything he loved spending time with his family.
Charles was predeceased by his parents, Francis and Frances Attalla. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary (nee D’Amore); son, Frank Attalla and his wife Debi; grandsons Zachary and Matthew; many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit from 9:30 – 11:30 am, Friday May 7th at Halpin-Bitecola Funeral home, located at 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. A funeral mass will be held at 12:30 pm on Friday May 7th, at St Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
